Merchandise purchased from Fairy Homes & Gardens can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, returned with original documentation and packaging, and in the original condition. You will receive a full refund for the product(s), excluding shipping costs, providing they meet the foregoing criteria. Both outbound and inbound shipping costs are non-refundable (for defective merchandise see below).
To return items:
- Contact the Customer Care Department via email at customercare@fairyhomesandgardens.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Complete the returns portion of your packing slip.
- Securely package the product(s) and affix the mailing label.
- Send the package to us using a traceable method of shipping via the shipper of your choice.
Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. Contact Fairy Homes & Gardens Customer Care Department via email at customercare@fairyhomesandgardens.com or via phone at 816.294.8972 and we will attempt to cancel your order. Please provide us with your order number when making the request. If it has already been shipped, please see our Returns policy.
