When will my order ship?
Most orders are fulfilled in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit times shown at checkout are estimates and are in addition to fulfillment time. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking 24–48 hours after dispatch. For rush needs, email info@fairyhomesandgardens.com before checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after the merchandise is received in unused, original condition. Refunds typically post back to your payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank. See our Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders can be shipped to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the US Virgin Islands. For countries not listed, you can email Customer Care to request a shipping estimate.
