Everyone loves to get mail and fairies are no exception.  They will love collecting the mail from this tiny red mailbox that is entwined with pink morning glories and adorned with a sweet little bluebird.  2 3/4" high x 1 wide x 1 1/2" deep.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please be advised that these dates are estimates from the day that orders are shipped (not placed) and are not guarantees (See Tracking Your Packages below). 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping

Please be aware that delivery times are still delayed due to a lack of transport resulting from COVID-19.

Tracking Your Packages

We know you are excited to receive your packages and we are just as excited for you to receive them! That is why we do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. During busy seasons, however, your order may take up to two business days to process and fulfill. Please be aware that once they’ve shipped from Fairy Homes & Gardens, the packages are out of our control.

Delivery systems across the globe are still experiencing logistics and delivery issues due to increased volume and COVID-19 complications.

When you checkout, we can provide an estimate based on your items, address, and shipping provider. These are only estimates and not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping estimates are subject to change based on updates from the shipping company.

Each shipping company provides their own tracking number and shipping information. To track your package once it leaves our hands, you’ll need to reference your tracking number and contact the shipping company if there are issues.

RETURN POLICY

How do I return an item?
Merchandise purchased from Fairy Homes & Gardens can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, returned with original documentation and packaging, and in the original condition. You will receive a full refund for the product(s) minus a 20% restocking fee that will be charged at our discretion, and excluding shipping costs, providing they meet the foregoing criteria. Both outbound and inbound shipping costs are non-refundable (for defective merchandise see below). If you received free shipping, you will not be refunded the amount I spent to ship the merchandise. 

To return items:

  1. Contact the Customer Care Department via email at info@fairyhomesandgardens.com to notify that you plan to return an item.
  2. Circle the items you are returning on your packing slip and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Securely package the product(s) and include the packing slip. 
  4. Send the package to us using a traceable method of shipping via the shipper of your choice.

Defective and/or missing merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of package. Email Customer Care a clear photo of the damaged item, or a photo of the packing slip and the box and packaging in which your order arrived in the case of missing merchandise. A replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs. 

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. Contact Fairy Homes & Gardens Customer Care Department via email at info@fairyhomesandgardens.com or via phone at 213-474-1094 and we will attempt to cancel your order. Please provide us with your order number when making the request. If it has already been shipped, please see our Returns policy.
